The Design Wizard will generate a default set of architectural reference
labels for each master key system you create. The lettering format
and grouping depend on the preference settings as well as other factors
like pin chamber quantity and master levels selected.
SuperKey 2011 allows you to change the architectural references at any time during the life of a master key system. Simply enter the new references in the left pane and press the Apply or Ok button.
With SuperKey 2011 you can add multiple key sections into your master
key systems. No more maintaining multiple master key systems for
each key section in a building. Key sections can be used in your
systems as either additional change keys or master keys.
And key sections can be added at any time. Add them at design time or a year later when you expand the master key system.
You can view the system information Master Key, Rotation, Control Key, Construction Key, Medeco Angles and Chamber Drilling (construction keying) information.
Other information can be updated to suit your requirements. The MAC setting can be changed to match the cutting capabilities of your key machine. And, the ITL manufacturer number and HPC reference information can be changed as needed.
The Maison keying utility allows you to create maisoned keying groups. As you select key bittings for each group they are indicated on-screen. A pinning chart for the lock operated by the keys in the group is updated and displayed as you go.
The Cross keying utility allows you to create cross keying groups. As you select key bittings for each group they are indicated on-screen. All incidental keys created as you add keys are displayed on-screen and a count is maintained on the utility dialog.
The customer information dialog gives you a place to keep basic information about where this master key system is used.
